About Activity Analysis & Analysis Module

The main function of the ANALYSIS module is to find the "Unit Price" of the pose related to the machine, labor and material details of the "Manufacturing Items". In general, this function is called “Manufacturing Analysis”.

In the activity, a group of production is evaluated with the details of machinery, workmanship and materials.

As you can see in "Creating Activity Analysis from Discovery" in transaction no. i-04;

We found it appropriate to create "Activity Analyzes" in the Analysis Module, which will enable the related discovery to be defined in Primavera.

What did we say;

The data constituting a Construction discovery and the data in the content of the CPM Program of that construction must be the same. Only the formats are different.

- The monetary amount of the Activity Analyzes must be equal to the monetary amount of the discovery.

For this reason, we send you a copy of the Activities that must be in Primavera, along with all the content data.

We created an ANALYSIS MODULE in “Avinal ERP” with the name “Activity Analysis”.

As a result, all Activity information in Primavera is also available in Activity Analysis with all its details.

Activity Analysis, which updates the activities and resources in Primavera with transactions 5 and 6, and every update data in Primavera is updated with the temporal data in Primavera with transaction #7.

It transfers this last state to “Manufacturing Detection” with process 8

The process no. 9 transfers this latest situation to these files via PDF files on the Android tablet or with IFC files and the progress of floor and space manufacturing.

Transaction no. 10 transfers the weekly progress to "Manufacturing Detection",

The updated "Manufacturing Detection" transfers this latest status to the "Activity Analysis" with the process no. 11 and this situation updates the "Primavera" and this cycle continues from the "Manufacturing Detection" process, which is done every week, until the end of the work.
